Kaiju No. 8 Season 2 Anime Confirmed for 2025 Release

In celebration of "No. 8" day and Kafka's birthday on August 5 in Japan, the official website and accounts for the Kaiju No. 8 anime today confirmed that the previously announced sequel is a second season scheduled to release in 2025.

Furthermore, a film compilation of scenes from Season 1 and a special episode titled ''Hoshina's Day Off" will be shown in Japanese theaters sometime next year, and a live event with the anime's voice actors will be held at Kannai Hall on June 1, 2025.
