Tokyo Revengers: Last Mission Game Delayed from February to "2024"

Tokyo Revengers: Last Mission is an action-RPG that's in the works for consoles and PC, offering a chance to relive the main story of Ken Wakui's manga and its anime adaptation. It was previously slated for a February 2024 launch in Japan, but Victor Entertainment has announced a delay that moves it to a general 2024 release window.

According to the announcement, they need more time to improve the game's quality.

The first season of the TV anime adaptation of Tokyo Revengers streamed on Crunchyroll as it aired from April to September 2021. The second season, dubbed Tokyo Revengers Christmas Showdown Arc, started streaming worldwide on Disney+ services in January and ran until April, followed by Tokyo Revengers’ latest season, Tenjiku Arc, on October 3.

Series synopsis:

Takemichi Hanagaki is a freelancer that's reached the absolute pits of despair in his life. He finds out that the only girlfriend he ever had, in middle school, Hinata Tachibana, had been killed by the ruthless Tokyo Manji Gang. The day after hearing about her death, he's standing on the station platform and ends up being pushed over onto the tracks by a herd of people. He closes his eyes thinking he's about to die, but when he opens his eyes back up, he somehow had gone back in time 12 years. Now that he's back living the best days of his life, Takemichi decides to get revenge on his life.
