Returns

  • Eligibility: Items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return.
  • Time Frame: You have 2 days from the date of delivery to return an item.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Certain items, such as digital products, personalized items, or items marked as final sale, are not eligible for return.

Refunds

  • Processing: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification or WhatsApp notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (online or offline) within a certain number of days.
  • Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your email or WhatsApp again. Then contact our support team, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged (change of mind is not accepted). If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@animestore.pk or WhatsApp and send your item to: Sher Shah Suri Road, Block M, Bhayani Commercial, North Nazimabad, Karachi

Shipping

  • Return Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Shipping Time: Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
